Process Development
The Process Development Team consists of well qualified and talented staff of the company and the process is done in a fully reliable and equipped laboratory, which is equipped with the necessary equipment that make the production successful.

Pretreatment Pilot Plant
This plant is equipped with two StakeTech Systems and a complete Raw Material Preparation System. The Raw Material Preparation System is used for sizing, cleaning and size classification. The continuous biomass processing system is used for the pretreatment of biomass where large quantities are required. The system is capable of processing up to 500 kg/hr. A smaller biomass system is used for process optimization.
Downstream Separation and Purification Plants
These facilities are equipped with a post-treatment biomass conditioning station, a solid-liquid wash system, dryer system and other extraction and processing unit operations including enzymatic hydrolysis, fermentation and distillation. The preparation of biomass will increase the surface area of the fibers for maximum exposure during bioprocessing, and trials can be conducted to determine the optimum parameters. The wash/extraction system is used to recover high value extracts from plants and biomass. The drying system is efficient for drying biomass with high moisture content by indirect steam heat.
Engineers in charge of the pilot plant will demonstrate how size reduction, drying of the biomass, product extraction and product recovery are carried out. Process optimization is what the team seeks at all times.
